BDO Business Mortgage Loan for your Business Financing Needs – Want to expand your business, purchase a property and equipment for business and finance other available business opportunities but don’t have enough funds? This is a short/medium term secured loan facility for SMEs (Small/Medium Enterprise) to address their business financing requirements such as business expansion, purchase of property and equipment for business and other available business opportunities.
The product allows you to maximize the use of your assets by availing of a loan amount of one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) to as high as ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00). It also gives you flexibility with payments terms of as low as 12 months to as high as 10 years.
Who can apply? Sole Proprietors, Partnerships and Corporations that have been operating for at least 2 years. The business must have at least P1 million annual gross revenue and must be within a BDO serviceable area.
What can you use as collateral? You can use any of the following residential and commercial properties as collateral*: Single-Detached Townhouse Duplex Condominiums Vacant Lots Mixed-use (Residential & Commercial) Apartments Commercial Property *Proposed collateral must be owned by the borrower, must be free from liens & encumbrances and must be located within BDO serviceable areas.
What are the available payment facilities? Payment is made easy via issuance of post-dated checks or the convenience of an Auto Debit Arrangement using your BDO Savings or Current Account. (Subject to bank approval)
