- Will show up cracks as red lines and porous areas
as red pin points on all types of metal
- Inspection and checking of tools or incoming
materials, for defects and hairline fractures
- Checking for potential fatigue cracks or flaws
during maintenance where parts are subjected to
heavy stress
- Inspection of welded areas that must be free of flaws

Application Instructions:
Cleaner: Remove all
oil, grease and dust.
Penetrant: Parts must
be room temp. Spray
liberally, allow at least
5 minutes contact time.
Cleaner: Spray Cleaner
onto clean cloth and wipe
off all excess penetrant.
Developer: Spray a thin,
even film, leave on for
10min before inspection
for fine flaws.

Penetrant - Distinct.
Developer - Solvent.
Flammable. Do not expose
to direct sunlight. Store

well ventilated area.
