Once you have issued post dated checks for the downpayment, all you have to do is deposit your cash payment to your checking account before your due date, to fund the checks that you have issued.


STEP 5 - UNIT INSPECTION & MOVE-IN

After your last downpayment, once you have completely complied with all the requirements on your account, you'll be advised by Brittany Corporation with regards to your unit inspection. For Bank Financing, a bank loan take-out is required before buyer can start the Unit Inspection and Move-in. 

A notice of completion from Brittany Corporation that the unit is ready for inspection will be sent to the buyer. After complying with the inspection, the buyer can now move-in to the unit by signing the unit acceptance form and be awarded their unit keys.

(1) MERALCO (electricity) - MERALCO (electricity) meter base connection is not included in the processing fee.

(2) WATER CONNECTION - Water is centralized and can be applied for by the buyer to the accredited water company, Prime Water.

(3) HOME IMPROVEMENTS - Home improvement that affects the facade of the house/unit is not allowed. This is to maintain the uniformity of the Italian concept of the community. However, the interior design/improvement is allowed. Just subject a floor plan layout to the developer for approval.

(4) HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION DUES - There is a monthly HOA due in Brittany - Portofino Widelots. This due is needed to maintain the amenities, swimming pool, street lights, security guard, and other facilities.

(5) MOVE-IN FEE - Move-in fee is excluded in the total contract price of the unit and is for the buyer s account. During marketing and administrative briefing before reservation, move-in fee, Meralco connection, water connection and HOA will be discussed by the account officer.
