Our brand new rooms are aircon-ready, furnished with bed, closets, open cabinets and book shelves, study tables, windows in the room as well as in the toilet, concrete and tiled pantry/kitchen sink with faucet, Italian granite flooring, solid heavy duty Tanguile door with stainless steel door handle and deadbolt lock, fire sprinkler, own Meralco and water meters, own circuit breaker, and own fully tiled toilet and bath complete with water closet, lavatory and telephone shower. All the walls of all our rooms are made of steel reinforced solid concrete without any hollow blocks or plastering hence ensuring full fire, storm and earthquake protection, moisture and water proof and sound proof for the total safety and comfort of our residents.
Our rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Monthly rental rates range from P6,500 to P15,000, depending on room size, facilities included and duration of stay.
All building and room facilities, amenities and fire protection and safety features are all brand new! A brand new aircon can be provided at an additional rent of only P1,000.00.
OLMC residents are entitled to avail of the following building facilities and amenities: free high speed wifi, free use of study area, lobby, visitors’ receiving area, roof deck laundry drying area, viewing deck, roof deck garden, and Chapel of the Risen Lord.

OLMC Dormitel 2 is located at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila and is now ready for occupancy. We have airconditioned and non- aircon solo rooms which are all brand new with own toilet and bath with shower, small pantry with kitchen sink, cupboard, cabinet, book shelf and bed. All rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Room rates range from P6,500.00/month and upwards. These solo rooms are also good for two. Transient rates is as low as P700.00/day. We are now accepting reservations for rooms at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila.
This new building (OLMC Dormitel 2) is just a stone throw away (just about a minute walk) from the National University. It is also very near the following Universities:

OLMC Dormitel 1 is strategically and very conveniently located right at the heart of Manila: 1345 Concepcion St. corner A. Mendoza Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila: Very near UST, CPAR, RESA, FEU and other top universities of the country and very near SM mall, Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center (JRRMMC), other hospitals, DOH, provincial bus stations, Light Railway Transit Stations, Sta. Cruz Manila and Avenida Rizal, and just a very short ride away from Quiapo and Manila City Hall.
In line with our corporate policies and basic core values, our places are world-class in terms of the health and safety of our residents. Knowing fully well the terrible health hazards of living and sleeping in a room constructed partly out of disease-causing materials, all construction materials used in our buildings and all rooms are non-carcinogenic and non-toxic and our buildings have open spaces on the entirety of both the left and right sides to ensure full and proper air circulation and ventilation. This building is built on top of a deeply embedded mat foundation that is more than a meter in thickness covering the entire lot area of the building, capable of withstanding even the forthcoming powerful earthquake, dubbed as the BIG ONE. All its walls and rooms are load-bearing steel reinforced solid concrete ("buhos" without hollow blocks which are always prone to disaster during earthquakes and no superficial cement plastering) at no less than 3,000 psi. All columns and beams and roof deck are not only steel reinforced but also made of ready-mix concrete at not less than 4,000 psi. Hence, entirely fireproof, earthquake proof, water and humidity proof, pest proof and burglar proof, as well as sound proof. So residents can study or sleep soundly even if the resident next room or next door is enjoying a karaoke sing-along with loud speakers at full blast!
As if the foregoing safety features are not enough, OLMC is furnished with a complete and automatic fire sprinkler system and other fire protection and other safety facilities, including wide main stairs, emergency exits and stairs, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers, fire alarms, state-of-the-art security and surveillance system with magnetic electronic gate locks, infra-red high reso CCTVs, etc., for the full protection of all its residents and transients. The automatic fire alarms in place are capable of pinpointing the exact location of any fire.
